Job summary

Timewise Food Stores seeks a friendly Guest Services Specialist to welcome customers, explain wash packages and promotions, and support carwash operations at our Texas locations. You will handle payments, upsell services, maintain a clean, inviting customer area, and assist teammates as needed.

Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required; comfort with outdoor conditions and basic POS use is expected.

Timewise is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Services Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and explain wash packages, membership options, and promotions.

• Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
