Job summary

Mike’s Carwash is seeking a Project Team Member to install new wash equipment at Mike locations and assist with other projects as needed.

You will fabricate and assemble equipment, operate plasma cutting and MIG welding, and support fleet/trailer upkeep. Must be forklift and scissor lift certified, capable of extended travel, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strict safety compliance and willingness to live on hotel stays during out-of-market builds.

Qualifications

• Experience with fabrication and metal assembly.
• Proficiency with plasma cutting and MIG welding.
• Certified forklift and scissor lift operation is preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel for out-of-market builds.

Responsibilities

• Install new wash equipment onsite at Mike locations.
• Fabricate and assemble car wash equipment.
• Operate plasma cutting and MIG welding equipment.
• Maintain Mike’s Carwash Fleet/Trailer and keep the work area clean.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Support location operational needs and complete other duties as assigned.
