Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational automotive training preferred.
• Proven experience as a technician, mechanic or similar role.
• Own tools required and must be in good working condition.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vehicle components and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams and schematics.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify issues and ensure proper function.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical problems and propose effective repairs.
• Execute repairs, replacements and adjustments on engines, transmissions, brakes and steering systems.
