Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Geosciences or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital cartographic principles.
• Proficient in Windows and common PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain cartographic data using Garmin-proprietary and third-party software.
• Work under close supervision following detailed instructions.
• Submit work for peer review to ensure product integrity and act on feedback.
• Communicate status of work clearly to supervisor or mentor.
• Participate in cartographic data evaluation, processing and verification.
• Identify and resolve simple issues using proper cartography techniques.
• Demonstrate drive to develop product and process enhancements on features and settings.
