Job summary

Meijer is seeking a friendly cart attendant to support store operations in Indiana. You will collect and return shopping carts, assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and help manage trash across the parking lot and interior spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and move items, push/pull, bend and twist safely.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside.
• Help coordinate and collect trash from parking lot, lawn, and inside store.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow removal as needed.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, checkout lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
• May perform other duties as assigned or required.
