Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and assist guests with parcel pick-up and cart retrieval.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere through friendly, courteous communication.
• Uphold Guest Services standards.
• Collect carts from parking lot and return to the store in all weather.
• Perform parcel pick-up service to enhance convenience.
• Share guest requests with management and resolve issues proactively.
• Support the team and participate in other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and cover shifts as needed.
