Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Michigan is seeking energized individuals for part-time weekend work at our store. You will assist with cart retrieval, trash cleanup, snow removal, and basic cleaning while coordinating with service desks and various departments.

Responsibilities

• Ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and store trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Coordinate with departments across the store.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
