Qualifications

• Specialized training in the field and high school education.
• 1–3 years experience in subordinate roles.
• Georgia Flagging Certificate or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safe work procedures and maintains safe zones.
• Directs crew and mentors operators and drivers.
• Operates equipment including bobcat, motor grader, and roller.
• Supervises trimming trees and street maintenance.
• Assists in paving, pothole patching, and crack sealing.
• Prepares reports and responds to emergencies.
