Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Team Member to support retail operations and customer service across store departments.

You will gain exposure to tasks related to services provided by the store, with emphasis on courtesy, safety, and efficient store operations. The role involves cart retrieval, trash collection, cleaning, and assisting across areas such as Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion, Pets, and more.

Responsibilities

• Escort carts from outside to inside the store.
• Assist with parking lot, lawn, and store trash collection.
• Operate snow removal equipment for snow clearance.
• Assist with cleaning and store upkeep across departments.
• Support service desk, entrances, check lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments including Health & Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
