Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a Front End Customer Service Team member in Burlington, MA. In this part-time role, you will help customers end their shopping trips on a positive note by engaging with shoppers, assisting with items, and keeping the area safe and welcoming.

You will greet customers, manage bagging, and clear the parking lot while helping maintain excellent service. Availability includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: Must be 16 years or older.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, evening (includes weekends).
• Time type: Part time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans.
• Offer additional service during inclement weather.
