Responsibilities

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable and offering alternatives.
• Assist with loading purchases and transporting items to members' vehicles; maintain carts/flatbeds availability and organize merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and member-ready area; conduct safety and cleanliness checks of the parking lot.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, answering questions, and helping members with purchases and payments per policy.
• Operate cash registers and process payments, assist with various membership and payment types as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to address member issues and improve service quality.
