Meijer Inc. in Ohio seeks an entry-level team member to support store operations and customer service, gaining exposure to a variety of retail tasks across services, product handling and front-end interactions.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling products or equipment.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Help with parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash collection.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment when needed.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Assist with basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Support multiple departments including Health and Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
