Job summary

Fleet Farm in Blaine, MN is hiring a Cart Attendant to provide a friendly customer experience and keep carts, flatbeds, and baskets available as customers shop.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with cart safety, keeping sidewalks and parking areas clean, collecting carts, supporting back-up cashier tasks, maintaining restroom stock, and reporting signage or display issues to the Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Friendly, self-motivated and dependable candidate with a customer-service mindset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers to ensure carts and flatbeds are used safely.
• Keep parking lot and campus grounds clean and free of clutter and debris.
• Collect and transport carts and flatbeds safely and remove debris from carts.
• Assist with back-up cashiering and other store needs as needed.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and maintained during operating hours.
• Support maintaining supplies for cash registers and restrooms.
• Keep check lanes free of returned product, hangers, and trash.
• Report missing signage or displays to the Manager on Duty.
