• Ensures club pick up orders are fulfilled by notifying when pickup times are delayed and products are unavailable.
• Assists members with purchasing decisions, processes transactions, and locates/organizes merchandise.
• Maintains parking lot cleanliness, carts/flatbeds availability, and safety according to company policies.
• Provides friendly, attentive service and helps load items into members' vehicles as needed.
• Collaborates with managers and coworkers to address member needs and improve service quality.
