Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Tamaqua is seeking a Cart Attendant to help ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our store. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them inside the store with equipment, and maintain cart sanitation. A positive attitude is required in all weather conditions.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage and incentives, with shifts including mid-shift and closing, located at 35 Plaza Dr, Tamaqua, PA 18252.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
