Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Cart Attendant at our Rochester, MN Walmart Supercenter. The role involves collecting carts from the parking lot, transporting them into the store, and keeping carts clean and sanitary in all weather conditions.

You'll contribute to a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining order in the cart area, and supporting a safe, welcoming store environment. This is a full-time position with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with carts to ensure a positive first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and bring them inside the store using equipment as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of shopping carts in all weather conditions.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
