Job summary

Walmart Supercenter North Charleston is hiring a Cart Attendant. You’ll collect carts from the parking lot and move them into the store, helping maintain clean, safe aisles and a positive shopping environment for customers.

Includes full-time hours with shifts such as Opening and Morning, competitive pay, and incentives. Benefits are available to eligible associates as part of Walmart’s offer of health, retirement, and paid time off programs.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
