Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #1300 in New Bern, NC is hiring a Part-Time Cart Attendant. You will help keep parking areas tidy, gather and move carts into the store, and ensure clean, sanitized shopping carts for customers.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing with an emphasis on a positive attitude in all weather conditions. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $14–$27, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
