Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Louisville, KY is hiring Cart Attendants. You will collect carts from the parking lot and move them into the store using equipment, maintaining sanitation and a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Openings include Full-Time and Part-Time roles with shifts such as Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, and paid time off among others.

Responsibilities

• Cart Attendants gather and return carts from the parking lot to the store entrance.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot into the store and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the carts.

Hourly Rate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
