Job summary

Kinston Country Club in Kinston, NC is seeking a part-time Cart Attendant to support our golf operations and deliver a positive guest experience. As part of the Troon family, you contribute to a premier global golf and hospitality brand.

You will move carts from the cart barn, clean and restock equipment, assist in tournaments, and ensure carts are ready for players throughout the day. No prior golf pro experience required.

• Working knowledge of the rules of golf preferred.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Kinston Country Club, located in Kinston, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Cart Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$10.00 per hour

Summary:

As a key member of the property’s golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the Head Golf Pro and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
