Job summary

Walmart in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Cart Attendant to help ensure a positive first and last impression for customers. You will collect carts from the parking lot, transport them into the store, and keep carts clean and sanitary in all weather conditions.

This is a full-time position with shifts including mid-shift and closing. The role offers an hourly wage of $16–$29 plus performance incentives and a robust benefits package.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
