Walmart in Benson, AZ is hiring a Cart Attendant for part-time shifts. You will gather shopping carts in the parking lot, move them inside using approved equipment, and help keep the shopping area clean and welcoming.

A positive attitude in all weather conditions is essential. Starting wage ranges from $15.50 to $28.50 per hour, with additional incentives and premiums based on schedule, season, or performance.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
