Job summary

WinCo Foods in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a dedicated Cart Attendant to greet customers and keep shopping areas neat. Responsibilities include gathering carts, picking up litter, and assisting customers in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for long periods. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; food handler certification may be required

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Work varied hours including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
• Able to walk and push carts and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain safety.
• Must be 16 years or older and follow department policies.

Responsibilities

• Gathers carts from the parking lot and store area.
• Provides friendly, courteous customer service to customers and colleagues.
• Gathers stray carts and maintains cart room.
• Picks up litter and ensures clean surroundings.
• Operates cart mover and pallet jack when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
