Qualifications

• Four-year degree desirable; combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience in business administration, logistics, transportation or related field.
• 5+ years managing fixed route or paratransit operations of similar size.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and transit regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employees, clients, unions, and the local community.
• Set commercial and operational strategy for the business unit as per location/client contract.
• Lead the management team to achieve safety, service performance, and financial goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize assets, including scheduling and maintenance.
• Ensure budget adherence and develop action plans to improve efficiency.
• Deliver complete data collection, analysis, and reporting.
