Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Carside To Go Specialist to warmly greet guests, assist them to their seats, and manage the guest flow with hospitality. The role focuses on taking to-go orders, delivering to guests' cars, and processing payments, all while maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a positive guest experience.

Excellent communication and mobility are required, as is the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports and carries objects (such as high-chair) up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Take to-go order over the phone or online (35%).
• Deliver orders to guests' cars (35%).
• Complete payment for all orders with the guest (20%).
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are met (10%).
