Job summary

Apple Mountain, LLC, a Utah-based Applebee’s franchisee, is seeking Carside / To Go Specialists to serve to-go guests with courtesy and efficiency. Responsibilities include taking phone orders, processing payments and packaging orders accurately for pickup.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant / customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Team-oriented with a passion to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Serve each to-go guest courteously, quickly and enthusiastically with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
• Take orders via phone and use suggestive selling.
• Ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and count back change.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests and maintain accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Support a collaborative team environment to ensure timely pickup of to-go orders.
