Job summary

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar is hiring for Full Time & Part Time Carside / Take Out / To Go Specialists in Henderson, KY. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare accurate to-go packages with friendly, efficient service. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role at a well-known casual dining brand.

You’ll work with a team, handle phone orders, process payments, and help ensure every guest has a positive experience. Franchisee opportunities and Equal Opportunity employment are noted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Team-oriented with a passion to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve to-go guests courteously, quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Take orders via phone and process using the POS system.
• Utilize suggestive selling to maximize orders and revenue.
• Ensure accurate packaging of to-go orders and collect payment, giving correct change.

In this role you will be responsible for serving each to-go guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will take orders via phone, use suggestive selling, ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and accurately count back change.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions).
• Eligible to work in the United States
