Sitting right at the center of our operation alongside the General Manager, you won't just sit back and manage shipments; you will lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of Carrier Sales Reps.

• Lead & Multiply: Coach and mentor Carrier Sales Reps, turning everyday moves into masterclasses in lane strategy and deal-closing.
• Build an Elite Network: Source, qualify, and secure high-performing truckload and LTL carriers, building deep relationships with fleet leaders to lock down target lanes.

• Logistics DNA: 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management. You know the market, you know the lanes, and you know how to talk to carriers.
