Job summary

Transforming Age – Carriage Glen in Lincoln, NE, is seeking Servers/Wait Staff to join our Dining Services team. This role supports residents with meals, delivers friendly service, and helps maintain a welcoming dining room environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18 in some locations).
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have a current food handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents.
• Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked
• Help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require
• Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions
• Process resident orders to ensure items are served promptly
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

These shifts pay $15.00 per hour.
