Job summary

Stauffers of Kissel Hill is hiring a part-time team member for the Lititz Pike Fresh Foods location. The position runs 10am-8pm with day and weekend availability, and offers weekly pay, a 10% employee discount, and an employee referral bonus.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, bagging groceries, stocking carts, loading purchases into vehicles, and maintaining an organized, clean carport area. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who are handicapped.
• Bags Groceries.
• Gathers and stocks grocery carts in the prescribed manner, where applicable.
• Loads all purchases neatly and carefully in vehicles, checking loading slips for proper direction.
• Maintains an organized and clean carport area.
• Stock registers with bags.
• Sets up advertising signs and displays merchandise in cases, on counters, or tables to attractcustomers and promote sales.

Qualifications

• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach withhands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and/or hear.
• The employee must be at least 18 years old.
