Absolute Design-Completion is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in New York. You will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using carpenter’s hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hardworking and dedicated to quality work, with a positive attitude and relevant carpentry experience.

We value safety, precision, and customer interaction as you read blueprints and collaborate with suppliers and other professionals on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Carpenter is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements.
• Ability to read and take action on blueprints.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools.
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
