Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 15lbs.
• Bend, stoop, reach, pull and push repetitively.
• May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow your skills that will set you up for future advancement within the organization.
• Place yarn cones onto holders (creels) to feed yarn into carpet tufting machines.
• Run the carpet tufting machines, ensuring high quality production and a safe work environment.
• Operate machines that convert pellets or chips into usable fibers for carpets.
• Sort and separate carpet scrap to support recycling.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling vehicles to support shipping and manufacturing activities.
