Service Pros Installation Group, INC. is growing its network of experienced subcontractor carpet installation crews and invites independent contractors who run their own teams to apply.

As a 1099 subcontractor, you will receive a steady flow of installation projects, while maintaining control of your crew and daily operations. We handle scheduling and provide weekly payments so you can focus on delivering quality installations.

Qualifications

Proven carpet installation experience is required.
Ability to pass a background check is required.
Valid workers' compensation insurance where applicable and general liability insurance (or ability to obtain) is required.
Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and ownership of installation tools.
Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise your installation crew.
Complete assigned carpet installation projects professionally and on schedule.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Follow all company installation standards and project requirements.
