Job summary

All American Water Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to respond to emergency mitigation requests. You will use specialized equipment to treat carpets, tile, and upholstery, while maintaining tools and documenting results.

The role requires on-call availability nights and weekends, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. A valid driver’s license and a clean background are required; training is provided.

Willingness to be on-call nights and weekends.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed directions.
Balance ladder work and heavy lifting (up to 75 lb).
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Basic understanding of technology and computers.

Responsibilities

Use equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpet, tile, grout, LVT, and upholstery surfaces.
Maintain and monitor cleaning equipment and vehicles.
Conduct moisture readings and assessments.
Create and implement drying plans.
Follow IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines.
Maintain photographic and written documentation.
Warehouse organization and maintenance.
