Job summary

IICRC is seeking a full-time cleaning technician to operate a service van, perform scheduled cleaning tasks, and provide high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile maintenance, and janitorial services. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and pass background and drug testing.

Expect possible overtime and early evening hours. Pays $16.00 per hour with holidays and one week vacation after one year.

• Neat appearance and good communication skills.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Drive the service van to customer locations and perform scheduled cleaning services.

Early evening hours will be required at times. Overtime available.

Starts at $16.00 per hour. Benefits: paid holidays, paid week vacation after one year of employment.
