Chem-Dry is seeking individuals for a customer service role in Boulder, Colorado. Candidates will perform quality work using our proprietary cleaning process while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers hands-on training, with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Write short, detailed correspondence.
• Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Team player with a safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift 75 lbs using proper lifting technique.
• Perform duties safely and with great care for customer belongings.

• Perform quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace.
• Report to work on time and notify of absences in advance.
• Greet clients politely and explain the day's procedure.
• Listen to customer concerns and offer professional recommendations.
• Use Chem-Dry's cleaning process as trained.
• Notify clients when complete, explaining any unusual findings.
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean condition.
