Job summary

Voda is seeking a motivated carpet cleaning technician to join our team in Cave Creek, AZ. You will clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and tile flooring for residential and commercial clients while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include performing all offered carpet and restoration services, communicating with customers, maintaining equipment and vehicles, completing daily logs and work orders, and following safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• CCT certification is an advantage.
• Clean MVD driving record and valid driver's license are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all carpet and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log and Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Follow company safety protocols and industry standards.
