Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration, serving Martinsburg and Winchester, is hiring a Carpet Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has carpet cleaning experience; water restoration and mold mitigation are a plus. Certifications are valuable but not required. You will operate professional equipment, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet cleaning preferred.
• Physically able to lift and carry equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional-grade equipment and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every job.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about the cleaning process and expected results.
• Assist with water damage restoration and mold mitigation when needed.
• Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and industry best practices at all times.
• Work efficiently and independently while being a strong team player.
