Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to complete carpet cleaning equipment training within 45 days.
• Ability to maneuver bulky cleaning equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning as scheduled by management.
• Complete work quickly to meet deadlines and reduce vacancies.
• Submit required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Carry and maintain cleaning supplies for routine tasks.
• Clean common areas including community centers and offices.
• Handle additional common area cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Respond to on-call after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory as prescribed.
