Beam Living in New York, NY is seeking a Carpentry Technician to maintain, repair, and improve residential spaces across units and common areas. You will handle flooring, cabinetry, windows, shelving, and built-in elements to ensure safety, function, and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction, trade school or equivalent, and comfort with tablet-based work orders. This is a full-time hourly role offering a competitive pay rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a construction trade.
• Trade school graduation or equivalent education is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use tablet-based work order program to complete assigned work orders.
• Strong desire to make a positive impact on residents and uphold high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities
