Job summary

Army Recruiting Ohio is seeking a Carpentry and Masonry Specialist to perform carpentry and masonry work for Army projects, using hand and power tools, lumber, concrete, stones, and bricks. You will support combat engineers in constructing structures to address rough terrain and environmental hazards.

The role requires U.S. citizenship or eligible visa status, a high school diploma or equivalent, and passing background, drug, and health screenings for duty qualification.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or an I-551 cardholder.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• No felony.
• Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.

Responsibilities

• Build structures for the Army using hand and power tools.
• Work on carpentry and masonry duties with bricks, lumber, concrete, stones.
• Assist combat engineers in building structures to respond to rough terrain and environmental hazards.
