Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking motivated helpers in the St. Louis area to join our installation team. This entry-level role trains you to install custom closets, home offices, and more, with a clear path to become a Lead Installer.

No prior experience required; we provide paid training, a stable weekday schedule, and a supportive environment. You will work indoors, operate company vehicles under supervision, and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver's license, good driving record
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills

Responsibilities

• Assist lead Installers with installation tasks
• Maintain safety and high quality workmanship on installations
• Work on indoor installation projects
• Support apprenticeship and training initiatives
