The job features a climate-controlled facility, regular Monday–Friday hours, and solid benefits. You will select, measure, cut, and join materials, read blueprints, follow work orders, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while communicating with Team Leads to keep

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of framing experience preferred (previous general construction experience is required).
• Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints and utilize standard hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to learn new modern manufacturing techniques.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Selecting, measuring, and marking materials for foundations and walls.
• Cutting, shaping, and joining materials using nails, screws, bolts, or adhesives.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction schematics accurately.
• Following detailed work orders to ensure precise assembly of building components.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation and caring for equipment.
• Communicating openly with Team Leads and Supervisors to keep production moving smoothly.

Location: Owatonna, MN
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $20.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
