Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpentry teams on commercial construction sites.

  • Review project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks.

  • Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and safety regulations.

  • Manage inventory, tools, and materials, ensuring timely availability for project execution.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate carpentry staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Monitor project timelines and report progress, challenges, and solutions to management.

  • Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in commercial carpentry with hands-on experience in a supervisory role.

  • Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
