McLennan Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Carpenter’s Assistant to support rough and finish carpentry under the Lead Carpenter and Production Manager. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and learning, with responsibilities across job sites and our office/warehouse.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work legally in the United States
• Able to provide own transportation
• Able to provide basic hand tools
• Able to provide a personal smartphone, primarily used for electronic time clock purposes

Responsibilities

• Assist with rough and finish carpentry under the direction of Lead Carpenter and Production Manager.
• Transport materials as needed and operate power tools safely.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly jobsite; protect tools and materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients; present a professional appearance.
• Support continuous learning and collaboration within the team.
