Job summary

EWI Worldwide is seeking Exhibit Carpenters, Woodworkers, Cabinet Makers for its live-space projects, including auto show, trade show, and museum properties. You will fabricate high quality cabinets and wood components, measure and cut materials, and follow blueprints to deliver finished installations.

Join our established exhibit house with opportunities to work on high-profile brands and complex builds. OT may be required, and a comprehensive benefits plan accompanies competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Well versed in laminate, melamine and moldings.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and OT.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate cabinets and related wood components.
• Measure, cut, or shape wood and other materials.
• Read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Layout, cut and assemble wood components.
• Operate woodworking machines and hand/power tools.
• Build, repair and install cabinets, countertops, shelving, moldings and partitions.
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, drawers, pulls and slides.

Exhibit Carpenters, Woodworkers, Carpenters, Cabinet Makers, Finish and/or Trim Carpenters NEEDED!!!
We are seeking Exhibit Woodworkers, Carpenters and/or Cabinet Makers to join a well-established exhibit house that fabricates high quality custom auto show, trade show and museums properties.
One needs to have the ability to:

• fabricate cabinets, not just assemble them
• measure, cut or shape wood, plastic or other materials
• read a tape measure
• read and follow blue prints
• layout, cut and assemble wood components
• operate a variety of wood working machines, as well as, hand and power tools
• build, repair, install items, such as cabinet, counter tops, shelving, moldings and partition walls
• install hardware such as hinges, handles, catches, drawers, pulls & slides

Qualifications

• One must be a go getter that is ready and willing to work
• Well versed in various finished work such a laminate, melamine and moldings
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work OT
