Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead a carpentry crew on active construction sites. The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

The successful candidate will supervise 3–15 carpenters, coordinate daily work, and support site operations with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Industry experience and physical stamina are essential for this on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Industrial/Commercial Construction Foreman experience preferred.
• Experience managing carpentry crews and/or subcontractors preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Position requires long periods of stooping, bending, and standing.
• Position may require frequent lifting of up to 70 lbs.
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
