re:fab is expanding its network of licensed carpenter subcontractors in Central Florida. We are onboarding owner-operated carpenter crews for residential and commercial projects, with opportunities for ongoing work and local site travel.

Qualified trades partners should expect to engage on a subcontractor basis, with competitive pay based on experience and project scope, and an invitation to a Contractor Meet & Greet event in August 2026.

Qualifications

• General Requirements: Applicants MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to the job sites.
• You must carry your own General liability and Workers Comp insurances on your self and your crews.
• Working cell phone required and reliability to communicate on-site.
• Crew size and service area details should be provided in the application.
