Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter for our Sparks, NV project on a full-time basis. The role supports the Operations team with construction tasks and safety-focused duties in a dynamic field environment.

Ideal candidates bring construction experience, ability to read drawings, and a commitment to safety. Strong stamina, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success on site with potential overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Possess5 yearsof construction experience.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• Have training on construction safety protocols (i.e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform).
• Owner of assigned tasks with professionalism and problem solving.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods; lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain safety handrails, hole protection, stairs, ladders, and temporary enclosures.
• Perform sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling, and related tasks as directed.
• Experience with concrete is a plus.
