NuFace Home Improvements is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Service Technician to join our Berlin, CT team. The role focuses on high-quality carpentry, remodeling, and service/repair tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience, the ability to read blueprints, and can perform service work independently. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working on-site in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry or general construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
• Comfortable working independently on service/repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and finish work
• Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Measure, cut, and install building materials with precision
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and management
• Load/unload tools and materials and maintain company equipment
